Entreprise dynamique, SYT Technologies est spécialisée dans la Conception et la Fabrication de systèmes Optroniques destinés aux marchés de la Sécurité et de la Défense à l’international.

La Société développe et commercialise également des équipements tactiques destinés aux forces de l’ordre et forces armées ainsi qu’une gamme de bagagerie destinée aux professionnels et volontaires du secours à victimes, aux industries et institutionnels.

Grâce à son expertise technique et au développement de trois pôles actifs, SYT Optronics, SYT Tactics et SYT Medics, la Société couvre aujourd’hui trois segments

Étroitement liés dans le but d’apporter une réponse globale à ses Clients civils et militaires.

Dans le cadre d'un remplacement de congé maternité, nous recherchons un Animateur QSE H/F pour un CDD de 12 mois.

Description des activités significatives

Mission(s) principale(s) :

  • Contribuer au suivi et au maintien de la certification ISO-9001 de la Société.
  • Participer à l'animation quotidienne de la Qualité.
  • Participer au traitement des Non-Conformes.
  • Participer au domaine Sécurité et Environnement du service.

CERTIFICATION ISO-9001

  • Participer à la gestion du système documentaire : rédiger et mettre à jour les documents du SMQ en collaboration avec les pilotes opérationnels.
  • Sensibiliser les équipes de la Société à la démarche Qualité/Sécurité.

QUALITÉ

  • Réaliser des audits internes QSE : respecter la planification, suivre les écarts détectés et mettre en place des actions correctives et préventives associées.
  • Veiller aux respects des règles et directives internes.
  • Contribuer à l’amélioration continue.

TRAITEMENT DES NON-CONFORMITÉS

  • Déclarer et suivre les dysfonctionnements en collaboration avec les pilotes : analyser les causes et mettre en place des actions correctives/préventives jusqu’à la clôture du sujet.

SÉCURITÉ ET ENVIRONNEMENT

  • Participer à l’identification des risques et à la mise à jour du DUER.
  • Suivre les plans d’actions associés.
