Entreprise dynamique, SYT Technologies est spécialisée dans la Conception et la Fabrication de systèmes Optroniques destinés aux marchés de la Sécurité et de la Défense à l’international.

La Société développe et commercialise également des équipements tactiques destinés aux forces de l’ordre et forces armées ainsi qu’une gamme de bagagerie destinée aux professionnels et volontaires du secours à victimes, aux industries et institutionnels.

Grâce à son expertise technique et au développement de trois pôles actifs, SYT Optronics, SYT Tactics et SYT Medics, la Société couvre aujourd’hui trois segments

Étroitement liés dans le but d’apporter une réponse globale à ses Clients civils et militaires.

Dans le cadre du renforcement du pôle R&D, nous recherchons un Ingénieur R&D – Mécanique H/F.

Description des activités significatives

Mission(s) principale(s) :

  • Travaux de Recherche et Développement dans le cadre de nouveaux produits et évolutions de produits existants.
  • Spécification, conception Mécanique et amélioration des produits de la Société.

CONCEPTION MÉCANIQUE

  • Définir et concevoir l’architecture matérielle et fonctionnelle d’un équipement mécanique.
  • Assurer le développement, la mise au point, le déploiement et la documentation technique (dont dossier d’industrialisation).
  • Rédiger les spécifications fonctionnelles.
  • Identifier les risques et les moyens de les lever.
  • Réaliser les études liées au développement de nouveaux produits.
  • Définir les protocoles et piloter les essais pour valider la conception et/ou valider le respect des normes en vigueur.
  • Créer des prototypes, tester et contrôler les différents ensembles et sous-ensembles.
  • Collaborer avec les ingénieurs d’études des autres spécialités pour établir l’étude complète d’un produit ou d’un procédé.
  • Établir et suivre des dossiers d’homologation, certification, brevetabilité.

AMÉLIORATION DES PRODUITS

  • Veille technologique.
  • Collaborer avec le service Méthodes afin de rechercher les moyens d’optimiser les coûts et d’améliorer les performances des systèmes de production.

Profil recherché

CONNAISSANCES PROFESSIONNELLES

  • Directive Machine.
  • Maîtrise des outils de simulation et de conception (Soliworks, …).
  • Micro-mécanique, optronique et mécanique générale.
  • Connaissance des procédés de fabrication (usinage, moule, CNC, …).
  • Maîtrise des procédures de tests et montages.
  • Veille technologique, innovations, R&D.
  • Anglais (indépendant, équivalent niveau B1).

  • Travail en équipe.

  • Esprit d’analyse et de synthèse.
