Entreprise dynamique située sur l’aéroport d’Avignon, SYT Technologies est spécialisée dans la Conception et la Fabrication de systèmes Optroniques destinés aux marchés de la Sécurité et de la Défense à l’international.

La Société développe et commercialise également des équipements tactiques destinés aux forces de l’ordre et forces armées ainsi qu’une gamme de bagagerie destinée aux professionnels et volontaires du secours à victimes, aux industries et institutionnels.

Grâce à son expertise technique et au développement de trois pôles actifs, SYT Optronics, SYT Tactics et SYT Medics, la Société couvre aujourd’hui trois segments étroitement liés dans le but d’apporter une réponse globale à ses Clients civils et militaires.

Dans le cadre du développement des Services supports de la Société, nous recherchons un Comptable H/F.

Description des activités significatives

Mission(s) principale(s) :

  • Réaliser les tâches liées à la comptabilité Clients, Fournisseurs et générale de la Société.
  • Assurer la fiabilité des comptes de la Société.

COMPTABILITÉ FOURNISSEURS

  • ​Assurer les tâches de comptabilité Fournisseurs : saisie des factures, mises en paiement, demande d’avoir, etc.
  • Assister le Responsable Achats et/ou la Direction dans la négociation des conditions de paiement Fournisseurs.

COMPTABILITÉ CLIENTS

  • Éditer et transmettre les factures et avoirs Clients.
  • Assurer les tâches de la comptabilité Clients : relances, mises en recouvrement, etc.

COMPTABILITÉ GÉNÉRALE

  • Participer à l’élaboration des budgets prévisionnels.
  • Élaborer un état de clôture comptable mensuelle, trimestrielle et annuelle.
  • Assurer le suivi du tableau de bord opérationnel et réaliser une analyse de la situation financière de la Société.
  • Assurer le suivi des indicateurs clés de performance définis avec la Direction et le pilotage des actions associées.
  • Veiller au respect des échéances fiscales.
  • Préparer et procéder aux déclarations de la TVA.
  • Assurer les opérations basiques : contrôle et remboursement des notes de frais, rapprochement bancaire, virements de salaire, etc.

CONNAISSANCES PROFESSIONNELLES

  • Connaissance du plan comptable général (PCG).
  • Connaissance des obligations fiscales et sociales des entreprises.
  • Connaissance des règles de TVA intra-communautaire.
  • Techniques de consolidation des comptes.

SAVOIRS SPÉCIFIQUES

  • Règles comptables.
  • Discrétion et confidentialité.
  • Rigueur et sens de l’organisation.

SAVOIR-FAIRE SPÉCIFIQUES

  • Déclarations de TVA.
  • Mise en place et suivi de tableaux de bord.
  • Établissement du bilan comptable.
