Nuestro cliente es una compañia broker online de prestigio mundial con más de 30 años de trayectoria. Con una fuerte presencia en Europa y México, estamos en una fase de expansión agresiva en toda Latinoamérica. Buscamos a un perfil proactivo, con mentalidad de "Tiburón" para liderar nuestra estrategia de captación de afiliados e influencers en la región.

El Rol: Como Affiliate Manager, serás responsable de identificar, negociar e incorporar socios de alto impacto (influencers, medios financieros y dueños de comunidades) para atraer tráfico a nuestra plataforma. Operarás con alta autonomía, reportando directamente a nuestra sede global.

Responsabilidades Principales:

  • Captación (Hunting): Buscar y reclutar activamente nuevos afiliados e influencers en el mercado de habla hispana.
  • Negociación: Cerrar acuerdos basados en modelos de performance (CPA), asegurando un ROI saludable para la compañía.
  • Configuración Técnica: Gestionar y optimizar enlaces de seguimiento, píxeles y postbacks para asegurar una atribución correcta.
  • Análisis de Performance: Monitorear diariamente la calidad del tráfico para filtrar leads de baja calidad o fraudulentos.
  • Escalabilidad: Alcanzar un objetivo de 100+ nuevos clientes activos mensuales a través de tu red de socios.

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia: Mínimo 2 años como Affiliate Manager específicamente en sectores de Forex, Trading, iGaming o Casinos.
  • Red de Contactos: Contar con una cartera activa de publishers, medios financieros o influencers de influencers y publishers en Latinoamérica (Excluyente)
  • Idiomas: Español nativo e Inglés profesional/fluido (Excluyente: reportarás a directivos que hablan inglés).
  • Habilidades: Alta capacidad de negociación, ambición por resultados y capacidad de trabajar de forma independiente.
  • Conocimientos Técnicos: Familiaridad con plataformas de afiliación (ej. CellXpert, HasOffers) y tecnologías de rastreo.
