Reconocida compañía multinacional fabricante de cerraduras, tecnología y sistemas de acceso (como Yale) está en búsqueda de su Ejecutivo Comercial / Representante de Ventas para liderar la expansión y el desarrollo del sector ferretero e industrial en República Dominicana e Islas del Caribe.

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

Reportando directamente al Gerente Comercial del Caribe, sus principales responsabilidades serán:

  • Desarrollo y gestión de canal: Visitar locales de ferretería, grandes distribuidores e industria bajo un modelo comercial enfocado en ventas de producto y preventa/TAT.
  • Expansión de mercado: Gestionar la cobertura en República Dominicana y realizar desplazamientos/viajes constantes a las distintas islas de la región.
  • Eventos y capacitaciones: Coordinar exhibiciones, capacitaciones técnicas y planes de incentivos para la red de distribuidores.

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

Para lograr cumplir a cabalidad con la posición, es muy importante que cuentes con las siguientes características:

  • Ubicación: Residencia en República Dominicana.
  • Experiencia: Entre 2 y 5 años de experiencia en ventas B2B o comerciales enfocadas en productos del sector industrial, ferretero o insumos masivos (no servicios).
  • Movilidad: Disponibilidad para viajar entre un 50% y 70% del tiempo a las Islas del Caribe.
  • Habilidades comerciales: Capacidad demostrada para manejar presupuestos de ventas, desarrollar nuevos clientes y aperturar canales de distribución.
