Reconocida compañía del sector Retail está en búsqueda de su Líder de Gestión Humana en Bogotá para coordinar y supervisar de forma integral la administración del personal, nómina y gestión del talento de la compañía, atendiendo un equipo promedio de 300 colaboradores.

Reportando directamente al Gerente General, sus principales responsabilidades serán:

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

  • Coordinar la ejecución de la nómina, novedades, seguridad social, prestaciones, provisiones, liquidaciones y trámites electrónicos del área.
  • Ejecutar y supervisar los procesos de reclutamiento, selección, contratación e ingreso de personal, asegurando la documentación e historias laborales al día.
  • Gestionar las relaciones laborales, consultas del personal, aplicación de procesos disciplinarios, control de ausentismos y normatividad legal vigente.
  • Organizar las actividades de bienestar, entrega de dotación, seguimiento a requerimientos del SG-SST y brindar asesoría laboral a los líderes de área.

Para lograr cumplir a cabalidad con la posición, es muy importante que cuentes con estas características:

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

  • Más de 5 años de experiencia desempeñando funciones de liderazgo o coordinación en áreas de Recursos Humanos / Gestión Humana.
  • Experiencia indispensable en el sector RETAIL o empresas de cadenas comerciales.
  • Experiencia en el manejo y administración de plantas de personal cercanas a los 300 colaboradores.
  • Dominio actualizado de la legislación laboral colombiana, nómina, procesos disciplinarios y seguridad en el trabajo.
