Reconocida compañía multinacional del sector hotelero, está en búsqueda de su Agente de Reservas - Bilingüe / Global Contact Executive en Bogotá, que brinde una experiencia excepcional al cliente a través de los diferentes canales de atención, garantizando el cierre efectivo de reservas y contribuyendo al cumplimiento de los objetivos comerciales de la compañía.

Reportando directamente al Team Leader / Supervisor del área de Reservas, sus principales responsabilidades serán:

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

  • Brindar atención a clientes a través de llamadas, correos electrónicos y chat, ofreciendo una experiencia de servicio de alta calidad.
  • Gestionar y garantizar el cierre efectivo de reservas individuales o grupales, asegurando el correcto registro de la información en el sistema.
  • Asesorar a los clientes sobre las diferentes opciones de hospedaje y servicios, impulsando la conversión de consultas en reservas efectivas.
  • Cumplir con los indicadores de gestión relacionados con calidad, conversión, productividad, adherencia y nivel de servicio.
  • Mantener una comunicación efectiva entre el cliente y el hotel, garantizando una experiencia satisfactoria durante el proceso de reserva.

Para lograr cumplir a cabalidad con la posición, es muy importante que cuentes con estas características:

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

  • Ser bachiller; se valorará formación técnica o tecnológica en Hotelería, Turismo, Servicio al Cliente o carreras afines.
  • Contar con mínimo 1 año de experiencia en servicio al cliente, contact center, reservas, ventas o atención multicanal.
  • Tener un nivel B2 - C1 de inglés, portugués o francés con capacidad conversacional.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar presencialmente en Bogotá y en horarios rotativos, incluyendo jornadas diurnas y nocturnas según la operación.
