Reconocida compañía líder en la industria de software para manufactura y gestión de almacenes (ERP en la nube) está en búsqueda de su AI-First Software Engineer en Modalidad Remota que utilice agentes de código de Inteligencia Artificial (como Claude Code) como su principal fuerza de trabajo para diseñar, desarrollar y lanzar productos a producción.

Reportando directamente al Engineering Manager, sus principales responsabilidades serán:

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

  • Dirigir y orquestar agentes de IA: Utilizar herramientas como Claude Code o similares para diseñar, implementar, probar y lanzar funcionalidades de inicio a fin.
  • Desarrollo Full-Stack continuo: Desarrollar sobre microservicios en Java/Spring Boot, micro-frontends en React e infraestructura en AWS.
  • Garantizar la calidad del código: Escribir y ejecutar pruebas automatizadas para asegurar la estabilidad del sistema y los despliegues a producción.

Para lograr cumplir a cabalidad con la posición, es muy importante que cuentes con estas características:

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

  • Experiencia profesional práctica y reciente construyendo y lanzando software usando agentes de programación de IA (Claude Code o similares).
  • Al menos 4 años de experiencia en ingeniería de software con dominio Full-Stack: Java/Spring Boot (o equivalente), React (o equivalente) y AWS.
  • Capacidad demostrada para trabajar con autonomía frente a requerimientos ambiguos e investigar por tu cuenta el contexto necesario para proponer soluciones.
  • Manejo de herramientas de automatización de pruebas y CI/CD (como Vitest, Playwright, GitLab CI).
  • Inglés Avanzado (Mínimo B2 conversacional) EXCLUYENTE
