¿Qué harás en esta posición?

Te unirás a una empresa comercializadora con más de 12 años en el mercado, especializada en productos orgánicos para bebés y niños.

Tu función estará enfocada en brindar soporte operativo al área contable, contribuyendo al correcto funcionamiento de los procesos financieros y apoyando directamente a la líder contable de la compañía.

En este rol deberás:

  • Apoyar procesos operativos del ciclo contable.
  • Realizar contabilización de facturas y registros de pagos.
  • Gestionar registros de caja menor y conciliaciones bancarias.
  • Mantener actualizada la información contable en el software Siigo.
  • Brindar soporte en conciliación de cartera y demás actividades administrativas del área.
  • Trabajar de manera cercana con la líder contable para asegurar el cumplimiento oportuno de cierres y procesos financieros.

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

  • Técnico, tecnólogo o estudiante de Contaduría Pública (idealmente desde quinto semestre).
  • Mínimo 6 meses de experiencia en apoyo contable.
  • Conocimientos básicos en procesos contables y manejo de registros financieros.
  • Deseable experiencia o conocimiento en software contable Siigo.
  • Alta disposición de aprendizaje y orientación al detalle.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar de manera presencial en Bogotá.
