Sobre la Oportunidad

Buscamos un Business Development Manager (BDM) / BDE enfocado en la captación de clientes e inversionistas para liderar la expansión en América Latina (Colombia, México).

Representarás a un Broker Financiero e Institución de Custodia Internacional confidencial con más de 20 años de trayectoria, presencia en más de 150 países y regulaciones globales de primer nivel.

Propósito del Rol

Liderar la captación de depósitos netos e incrementar el patrimonio bajo custodia mediante la prospección de inversionistas (individuales/corporativos) y el desarrollo de alianzas estratégicas con mediadores, asesores financieros y traders (desarrollo B2B/B2C, sin gestión de crédito ni operativa de trading).

Responsabilidades Principales

  • Captación Patrimonial: Prospectar y captar inversionistas de alto valor (HNWI) y corporativos para la custodia de activos.
  • Red de Alianzas (Introducing Brokers / ADS): Desarrollar relaciones comerciales con asesores y gestores independientes para que operen en nuestra plataforma.
  • Crecimiento Comercial: Gestionar el pipeline de ventas para asegurar el cumplimiento sostenido de las metas de depósitos netos.
  • Asesoría de Valor: Brindar atención a clientes e intermediarios destacando la solidez y el respaldo regulatorio de la firma.
