¿Qué harás en esta posición?

Como líder del área de Tecnología, asumirás un rol estratégico - hands on. Tu misión será estabilizar y evolucionar la plataforma tecnológica de la organización, asegurando continuidad del servicio mientras impulsas procesos de automatización y mejora continua.

Contamos con tu talento para:

  • Liderar integralmente el área de Tecnología, con equipos de infraestructura, desarrollo, gestión de datos e inteligencia.
  • Estabilizar la operación tecnológica, fortaleciendo sistemas, gobierno del dato y confiabilidad de la información.
  • Diseñar y ejecutar una agenda clara de automatización de procesos críticos.
  • Integrar plataformas y gestionar proveedores tecnológicos.
  • Trabajar de forma cercana con la operación para entender y optimizar los flujos reales del negocio.
  • Desarrollar, consolidar y alinear equipos técnicos multidisciplinarios.
  • Colaborar transversalmente con áreas clave como Innovación, Estrategia, Finanzas y Dirección Médica.

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

  • Experiencia liderando áreas de tecnología con impacto directo en operación y negocio.
  • Trayectoria combinando estabilidad operativa y transformación digital.
  • Experiencia gestionando equipos técnicos de tamaño medio a grande.
  • Manejo de proveedores tecnológicos e integración de plataformas.
  • Conocimiento práctico de metodologías ágiles.
  • Capacidad para moverte en organizaciones con liderazgo cercano y toma de decisiones ágil.
  • Disponibilidad para un esquema presencial.
