Compañía del sector farmacéutico y de manufactura, se encuentra en la búsqueda de su Consultor Funcional SAP MM, quien será responsable coordinar proyectos de tecnologías, enfocados a las necesidades y mejoras del área de administración y finanzas para las empresas del Grupo, analizando la mejor

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

  • Analizar los proyectos e identificar los cambios a realizar en las configuraciones del sistema ERP.
  • Realizar la asignación de actividades, estimando tiempos y recursos necesarios para cumplir con los requerimientos del cambio requerido y/o proyecto.

  • Realizar el reporte del estatus de proyecto y/o cambios asignados a su equipo de trabajo y supervisar el cumplimiento de las actividades correspondientes.
  • Asegurar la mejora continua de los procesos internos del área.
  • Elaborar plan de proyecto y análisis de costo-beneficio correspondiente para determinar la viabilidad del mismo.
  • Elaborar cronograma general del proyecto autorizado y cargar tareas en el sistema de control.
  • Identificar, estimar costos y solicitar los recursos y materiales requeridos para la aplicación del proyecto.
  • Elaborar documento de decisión del proyecto y recabar firmas de autorización
  • Proponer y gestionar la autorización del esquema de asignación y seguimiento de tareas del proyecto.
  • Identificar, preparar e impartir capacitación básica al equipo de trabajo y asegurar el entendimiento de las tareas asignadas.
  • Validar el avance reportado por los integrantes del proyecto, detectar los problemas en la ejecución de tareas y establecer acuerdos para su solución.
  • Realizar la asignación de recursos para atender las solicitudes y/o configuraciones.
  • Analizar y priorizar solicitudes y/o incidentes en la matriz correspondiente.
  • Validar documentos de decisión para la ejecución de cambios.
  • Ejecutar y validar la configuración en sistema para los proyectos, solicitudes y/o solución de incidencias.
  • Coordinar, realizar y documentar pruebas unitarias e integrales del Sistema ERP.
  • Gestionar el uso de soluciones tecnológicas que cumplan con los requerimientos específicos de cada una de las diferentes áreas funcionales del negocio.

¿Qué requisitos debes tener?

  • Profesional en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Ingeniería Industrial, Administración de Empresas, carreras financieras o afines.
  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en administración de proyectos tecnológicos.
  • Experiencia en implementación, configuración y soporte de sistemas SAP enfocado en el sector financiero.
  • Conocimientos en metodologías agiles de gestión de proyectos.
