Tu rol

Análisis Técnico Especializado: Ser referente técnico en la aplicación de NIIF, analizando de manera dinámica operaciones complejas. El rol exige un perfil propositivo enfocado en anticipar el impacto de cambios normativos y estructurar mejoras para las políticas y procedimientos corporativos.

Estados Financieros y Reportes Corporativos: Garantizar la preparación de estados financieros, notas y revelaciones bajo NIIF, asegurando la calidad de la información financiera y la elaboración de reportes corporativos para Casa Matriz y entidades regulatorias.

Gestión Contable Especializada: Gestionar técnicamente los procesos relacionados con Propiedad, Planta y Equipo (PP&E), activos por derecho de uso, activos intangibles, activos diferidos, deterioro de activos y arrendamientos bajo NIIF 16, así como reclasificaciones y ajustes contables complejos.

Contabilidad de costos: Definir y validar el tratamiento contable de operaciones de importación, inventarios y costos, asegurando su correcta valoración, reconocimiento y cumplimiento de las políticas corporativas.

Herramientas Financieras y Transformación: Administrar funcionalmente participando en su parametrización, generación de reportes, implementación de mejoras y proyectos de automatización de procesos contables.

Auditoría y Cumplimiento: Gestionar conciliaciones técnicas de cuentas contables, brindar soporte a auditorías internas, externas y corporativas, y atender los requerimientos de entidades de control, garantizando el cumplimiento de los estándares regulatorios y corporativos.

Mejora Continua y Desarrollo: Identificar oportunidades de optimización y automatización de procesos, documentar mejores prácticas y promover el desarrollo técnico del equipo mediante la transferencia de conocimiento y el acompañamiento al practicante.

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

  • Profesional en Contaduría Pública.
  • Especialización en Contabilidad, NIIF, Finanzas o áreas afines (deseable).
  • Hasta 5 años de experiencia en posiciones contables, preferiblemente en compañías multinacionales.
  • Experiencia preparando estados financieros bajo NIIF y reportes corporativos para Casa Matriz.
  • Conocimiento sólido en PP&E, activos por derecho de uso, activos intangibles, activos diferidos y arrendamientos.
  • Experiencia en procesos de importaciones, inventarios, costos y conciliaciones contables complejas.
  • Participación en auditorías internas, externas y proyectos de automatización o mejora de procesos.
  • Manejo de ERP (SAP, Oracle o similares), Excel avanzado y herramientas de consolidación financiera.
  • Inglés intermedio-avanzado (B2) como requisito indispensable.
