Firma internacional de consultoría tecnológica especializada en soluciones de arquitectura de datos y desarrollo de software para el mercado de Estados Unidos y el Caribe, busca un/a Systems Integration & Data Developer bilingüe para asignación a tiempo completo (Full-Time) con uno de sus clientes estratégicos en Puerto Rico.

Buscamos un perfil orientado principalmente a la programación, desarrollo e integración práctica de sistemas y datos. Si eres un desarrollador técnico, ejecutor de código y te apasiona manipular datos y construir pipelines en entornos Microsoft, ¡este reto es para ti!

¿En qué consiste el rol?

  • Desarrollo e Integración: Implementarás el código e interfaces necesarias para extraer datos de múltiples fuentes e insertarlos en un repositorio central. (Nota: El diseño de la base de datos te lo entrega otro especialista; tu foco será el montaje, la inserción de transacciones y el desarrollo de los flujos de datos).
  • Integraciones no convencionales: Trabajarás con distintas metodologías de interconectividad entre sistemas empresariales (ERP, CRM, HRIS, entre otros).
  • Trabajo en Equipo y Soporte: Colaborarás mano a mano con el equipo técnico interno y la contraparte del cliente para asegurar que las herramientas de reportes consuman la data cargada sin fallas.
  • Documentación: Elaboración de documentación técnica clara de los mapeos y código desarrollado.

Requisitos clave:

  • Experiencia en Desarrollo: Sólida experiencia práctica como programador/desarrollador enfocado en ingeniería de datos o integración de sistemas.
  • Bases de Datos & SQL: Dominio de SQL (SQL Server u otros motores relacionales) y manipulación transaccional de datos.
  • Ecosistema Microsoft: Experiencia en ambientes Microsoft. (Deseable / Plus: Conocimientos en Azure, AWS o servicios Cloud).
  • Idiomas (Bilingüe): Dominio fluido de español e inglés (capacidad para leer, documentar código en inglés y mantener conversaciones fluidas).
  • Habilidades blandas: Excelente trabajo en equipo, capacidad analítica y autonomía para ejecutar código.
  • Plus: Valorable la experiencia en automatización de procesos (Dataflows, scripts, pipelines).

Condiciones de la Vacante:

  • Ubicación: 100% Remoto (Preferiblemente candidatos residentes en Colombia).
  • Modalidad de Contrato: Servicios Profesionales (40 horas semanales).
  • Horario: Lunes a Viernes de 8:00 a.m. a 5:00 p.m. (Hora Puerto Rico / GMT-4). Raro trabajo en sábados.
  • Compensación: $2.000 a $2.500 USD (Pagaderos en moneda local / pesos colombianos a la TRM).
  • Dedicación: Tiempo completo (Full-Time) asignado a un solo cliente.
