Nuestro cliente, una destacada compañía de financiación de capital de trabajo con presencia internacional, busca sumar a su equipo un Executive Relationship Director en Cali, Colombia. Este cargo es fundamental para ser el dueño de la relación con el cliente tras la activación, siendo responsable directo de su rentabilidad, crecimiento y de que cada operación esté correctamente soportada.

Buscamos a un profesional meticuloso y con fuerte criterio de riesgo, capaz de entender que cuidar al cliente es protegerlo, no complacerlo. Alguien con autonomía para tomar decisiones ágiles, resolver problemas con la asertividad necesaria para decir "no" cuando el soporte de una operación no esté completo.

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

  • Gestión de rentabilidad y clientes: Ser el dueño absoluto de la relación con el cliente post-activación, garantizando el crecimiento del portafolio en un entorno multidivisa (USD, EUR y GBP).
  • Gestión de riesgo: Actuar como el último filtro de ejecución meticulosa antes de la salida de fondos, asegurando el cumplimiento de las políticas crediticias.
  • Diseño e innovación: Construir y diseñar procesos desde cero, automatizando flujos de trabajo en lugar de administrar estructuras heredadas.
  • Operación internacional: Gestionar soluciones de factoring, confirming y supply chain finance, exponiéndote a mercados, contrapartes y marcos regulatorios de distintas jurisdicciones (EE. UU., Reino Unido y España).
  • Toma de decisiones: Operar bajo una estructura plana y sin burocracia, tomando decisiones sobre tu frente de trabajo en cuestión de días.

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

  • Educación: Profesional en carreras Financieras, Económicas, Administración de Empresas o afines.
  • Experiencia: +4 años de experiencia comprobada en factoring, confirming y supply chain finance.
  • Idiomas: Bilingüe (inglés avanzado/fluido), indispensable para la gestión en mercados internacionales.
  • Conocimientos técnicos: Sólido conocimiento de mercados financieros, gestión de riesgos, estructuras financieras complejas y marcos regulatorios. Deseable experiencia en automatización de procesos.
  • Habilidades blandas: Ejecución impecable, autonomía, pensamiento crítico para saber qué escalar, asertividad y fuerte orientación a la construcción y el aprendizaje continuo.
