Reconocida compañía multinacional de IT especializada en soluciones tecnológicas y biometría, está en búsqueda de su Full Stack Mobile Developer (iOS y/o Android) en Bogotá, quien se encargará de liderar el desarrollo, mantenimiento y evolución de aplicaciones móviles nativas de alto impacto.

Reportando directamente al Líder del Equipo de Desarrollo, sus principales responsabilidades serán:

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

  • Desarrollar y mantener apps nativas: Construir y evolucionar soluciones móviles en Swift (iOS) y Kotlin (Android), garantizando código escalable y de alta calidad.
  • Dar soporte a código existente: Realizar mantenimiento continuo y construir nuevas funcionalidades sobre aplicaciones actuales del cliente sin limitarse a proyectos desde cero.
  • Visibilidad del ciclo de vida completo: Participar activamente desde el análisis de requerimientos del negocio y decisiones arquitectónicas hasta las pruebas y despliegues.
  • Integración de APIs y backend: Implementar conexiones eficientes y seguras con servicios RESTful y arquitecturas de backend.
  • Gestión de almacenamiento local: Manejar bases de datos nativas locales como Core Data, SQLite y Room para optimizar la persistencia de datos.
  • Diseño de interfaces (UI/UX): Estructurar e implementar interfaces gráficas dinámicas aplicando mejores prácticas de usabilidad móvil (SwiftUI, UIKit, Jetpack Compose).
  • Calidad de software y pruebas: Aplicar patrones de diseño limpios, arquitecturas sostenibles y ejecutar pruebas unitarias/de integración para asegurar la robustez del código.
  • Prácticas DevOps y CI/CD: Participar en la automatización de flujos de integración y despliegue continuo utilizando herramientas como Jenkins, Git y GitHub Actions.
  • Publicación y versión: Gestionar el control de versiones, documentación técnica y apoyar los procesos de publicación en la App Store y Google Play Store.
  • Proactividad y comunicación efectiva: Comunicar avances de forma autónoma con el equipo, reportar progresos al líder directo y colaborar interdisciplinariamente con equipos internacionales.

Para lograr cumplir a cabalidad con la posición, es muy importante que cuentes con estas características:

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

  • Profesional graduado en carreras como Ingeniería de Sistemas, Software, Electrónica o afines.
  • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en desarrollo móvil nativo (iOS/Swift y Android/Kotlin).
  • Dominio en consumo de APIs RESTful, bases de datos locales (Core Data, Room, SQLite) y Git.
  • Conocimiento en metodologías ágiles y herramientas DevOps / CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
  • Nivel de inglés mínimo B2 (Excluyente).
