Reconocida compañía del sector tecnológico, líder en brindar soluciones de ciberseguridad y operaciones SOC, busca sumar a su equipo un Gerente Comercial en Lima, Perú, encargado de liderar el desarrollo comercial y consolidar el posicionamiento de los servicios en el mercado nacional.

¿Por qué aplicar a esta posición?

  • Tendrás la oportunidad de liderar la expansión del portafolio de ciberseguridad (con foco en Servicios SOC), gestionando proyectos estratégicos de alto valor de hasta $1M USD.
  • Elevarás tu perfil diseñando directamente las estrategias go-to-market que impulsarán el posicionamiento de la marca.
  • Expandirás tu red de contactos al negociar y relacionarte constantemente con perfiles C-Level.

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

  • Prospectarás y desarrollarás nuevas cuentas corporativas en sectores estratégicos.
  • Liderarás al equipo comercial para asegurar el cumplimiento de la meta y fomentar una cultura de alto desempeño.
  • Trabajarás articuladamente con los Service Delivery Managers (SDM), preventa y arquitectura para garantizar la viabilidad técnica y la rentabilidad de los proyectos.

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

  • Experiencia de más de 7 años en ventas consultivas B2B para el sector TI/Enterprise, con enfoque reciente comercializando soluciones de ciberseguridad (MSSP, Integradores, Fabricantes).
  • Conocimiento en la venta de Servicios Administrados (SOC) y dominio de las normativas clave (como ISO 27001 y NIST).
  • Nivel de inglés básico-intermedio.
