¿Qué harás en esta posición?

  • Gestión y operaciones de impacto: Coordinarás las evaluaciones ESG, gestionarás la recolección de datos con las empresas del portafolio y asegurarás la calidad y consistencia de la información.
  • Optimización y escalabilidad: Mejorarás los sistemas de información actuales, transformando procesos manuales (como modelos en Excel) en herramientas y dashboards altamente eficientes.
  • Análisis e investigación: Investigarás tendencias del sector (fintech, inclusión financiera, impacto) y analizarás métricas del portafolio para aportar insights valiosos en los comités de inversión.
  • Apoyo en comunicación: Colaborarás en la creación de contenidos y reportes de impacto dirigidos a inversionistas y aliados estratégicos.

Para lograr cumplir a cabalidad con la posición, es muy importante que cuentes con estas características:

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

  • Experiencia: Entre 1 y 3 años de trayectoria profesional (perfil en etapa de desarrollo tipo Analyst o Associate).
  • Pasión por el sector: Alta motivación por el impacto social, la inclusión financiera y el desarrollo comunitario.
  • Habilidades organizacionales: Ser una persona sumamente estructurada, organizada, orientada al detalle y con alta capacidad para trabajar con autonomía.
  • Excelentes relaciones interpersonales: Contar con un perfil profesional pulido, gran capacidad de comunicación y tacto ("mano ligera") para realizar seguimiento a stakeholders sin generar fricciones.
