Nuestro cliente es un fondo de inversión con enfoque en impacto social que trabaja para transformar el acceso al crédito. A través de estructuras financieras innovadoras, apoya a fintechs de crédito altamente tecnológicas.

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

En esta posición serás responsable de analizar, estructurar y ejecutar transacciones de deuda para fondeo de fintechs de crédito altamente tecnológicas. Tu trabajo estará enfocado en construir estructuras de deuda robustas, evaluar carteras de crédito, modelar métricas de rendimiento y apoyar procesos de levantamiento de capital para financiadores e inversionistas. Trabajarás con modelos financieros complejos y herramientas de análisis de datos para optimizar decisiones de inversión con impacto.

Además, tendrás un rol clave en la relación con aliados estratégicos (sell side y buy side), evaluando oportunidades, riesgos, y estructurando soluciones financieras personalizadas.

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

  • Entre 1 y 3 años de experiencia en crédito estructurado, estructuración de deuda y participación activa en transacciones afines en sell-side o buy-side en entornos como capitalmarkets, banca de inversión, fondos de deuda o fintechs.
  • Experiencia en análisis de carteras de crédito: tasas de morosidad, rentabilidad bruta de cartera, cosechas, pérdidas esperadas y análisis de riesgo crediticio.
  • Dominio avanzado de Excel, incluyendo modelación financiera, manejo de grandes volúmenes de datos y bases de datos en hojas de cálculo.
  • Conocimientos técnicos sólidos en matemáticas financieras y análisis cuantitativo.
  • Deseable conocimiento en SQL, Python u otros lenguajes de análisis de datos.
  • Alta capacidad analítica y orientación a resultados.
  • Formación profesional en Ingeniería, Economía, Finanzas, Matemáticas o afines.
  • Inglés avanzado: B2+ a C1.
