Reconocida compañía del sector Retail Farmacéutico busca incorporar a su equipo corporativo la posición de Jefe de Compras. Quien asuma este rol será responsable de la gestión integral del abastecimiento, garantizando la continuidad operativa y un stock constante de medicamentos para evitar quiebres de producto en la red de sucursales a nivel nacional.

Principales Responsabilidades

Reportando directamente a la Gerencia Administrativa (con doble línea a la Gerencia General de la organización), las funciones principales serán:

  • Gestión Estratégica del Abastecimiento: Liderar la cadena de suministro y las compras para asegurar que el inventario se mantenga en niveles óptimos, mitigando cualquier riesgo de desabastecimiento.
  • Negociación Comercial: Negociar precios, condiciones de pago, descuentos y bonificaciones directamente con laboratorios y distribuidores, asegurando las condiciones comerciales más óptimas para la empresa.
  • Liderazgo de Equipo: Dirigir, coordinar y potenciar el desarrollo de un equipo técnico a cargo.
  • Cumplimiento Normativo: Garantizar que toda la cadena de abastecimiento cumpla con las normativas vigentes (INVIMA, Secretaría de Salud) y las buenas prácticas de almacenamiento y distribución.
  • Administración de Catálogo Complejo: Supervisar la logística de compras, controlar inventarios de grandes volúmenes de SKU y ejecutar todas las tareas inherentes a las compras corporativas.

¿Qué perfil busca nuestro cliente?

  • Formación Académica: Profesional en Química Farmacéutica, o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia: Entre 3 y 5 años de experiencia directa en el cargo de Jefatura o Dirección de Compras, acompañados de 5 años o más de trayectoria comprobable dentro de la industria farmacéutica.
  • Conocimiento del Sector: Experiencia previa gestionando inventarios complejos y productos de gran volumen (altamente deseable en Consumo Masivo, Retail o Farmacéutico). Manejo de sistemas ERP (software de gestión de inventarios y compras), y dominio de Excel a nivel intermedio o avanzado.
  • Idiomas: Inglés técnico intermedio (capacidad para interpretar fichas técnicas, normativas y especificaciones; no se requiere fluidez conversacional). DESEABLE
  • Habilidades Blandas: Liderazgo demostrado para coordinar personal, capacidad de resolución de conflictos y habilidad para gestionar relaciones efectivas entre diferentes áreas.
