Reconocida compañía multinacional de logística y mensajería médica especializada del sector farmacéutico está en búsqueda de su Jefe de Depósito / Depósito y Logística Farmacéutica en Bogotá que lidere, supervise y controle las operaciones del depósito de medicamentos (procesos de inbound y outbound), garantizando el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad y la última milla hacia clínicas, hospitales y centros de salud, acompañando activamente a su equipo a cargo.

Reportando directamente al Director Técnico / Director de Calidad y Operaciones, sus principales responsabilidades serán:

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

  • Liderar, supervisar y controlar la recepción técnica, almacenamiento, alistamiento de pedidos, empaque, logística de entrega y transporte/última milla de medicamentos (procesos inbound y outbound).
  • Dirigir, acompañar y gestionar al equipo a cargo de 6 personas (regentes de farmacia, auxiliares de farmacia y analistas).
  • Atender y resolver contingentemente problemas técnicos y de calidad operativos directamente en campo cuando la operación lo requiera.

Para lograr cumplir a cabalidad con la posición, es muy importante que cuentes con estas características:

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

  • Formación profesional con título y tarjeta profesional como Químico Farmacéutico
  • Experiencia en logística farmacéutica, depósitos de medicamentos o farmacia hospitalaria / clínicas de alto volumen (manejo de almacenes y despachos).
  • Demostrada experiencia en liderazgo cercano y gestión de personal.
  • Nivel de inglés (conversacional y escrito) para reuniones globales y comunicaciones corporativas.
  • Disponibilidad de tiempo y adaptabilidad para esquemas de manejo y confianza.
