Para una importante empresa del sector de tecnología y confianza digital, estamos en la búsqueda de un talento apasionado por la Inteligencia Artificial, la analítica avanzada y los modelos SaaS, que quiera asumir el reto de liderar una plataforma B2B de vanguardia enfocada en analítica y prevención de fraude.

¿Cuál será tu propósito global? Liderar la visión, diseño, lanzamiento y evolución de una plataforma B2B de analítica, IA y prevención de fraude. Convertirás las necesidades de grandes clientes (bancos, fintechs, telcos) en un producto de datos altamente escalable, comercialmente viable y alineado con el uso responsable de las nuevas tecnologías.

Tus responsabilidades principales:

  • Definir la hoja de ruta: Crear la visión de producto y la estrategia de empaquetamiento y monetización de los diferentes módulos del negocio.
  • Gestionar el Backlog: Construir y priorizar historias de usuario, criterios de aceptación y definir los MVPs a través de Jira o Azure DevOps.
  • Liderazgo interfuncional: Coordinar el trabajo diario junto a Científicos de Datos, Analistas de Fraude, Ingenieros de Datos, UX/UI, QA y DevOps.
  • Co-creación con clientes: Gestionar pilotos, demos y validar hipótesis de adopción y disposición de pago directamente con el mercado.
  • Métricas de impacto: Monitorear la adopción, los ingresos, el uso y la efectividad de los modelos predictivos.

¿Qué perfil buscamos?

  • Formación: Profesional en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Industrial, Administración, Economía, Ciencia de Datos o afines. Deseable posgrado en producto digital, analítica o innovación, junto con certificaciones Scrum/Product Owner.
  • Experiencia General: Mínimo 5 años en gestión de producto, proyectos digitales o soluciones de datos, trabajando de cerca con equipos de ingeniería y UX.
  • Experiencia Específica: Al menos 3 años liderando productos B2B dentro de los ecosistemas Fintech, Regtech, biometría, riesgo o analítica avanzada, llevando productos desde el concepto hasta su salida al mercado (Go-to-Market).
  • Conocimientos clave: Modelos SaaS/API, metodologías ágiles (Discovery & Delivery), SQL básico, regulaciones de protección de datos y métricas de producto.
