Compañía del sector floriscultor, se encuentra en búsqueda de un Lider de Ventas, su principal responsabilidad será garantizar, estructurar e implementar la estrategia comercial de la compañía, abarcando la gestión de precios, el desarrollo y posicionamiento del portafolio de productos, así como la identificación de oportunidades en mercados objetivo para maximizar la competitividad, el margen y la propuesta de valor frente a los clientes.

¿Cuál es tu rol?

  • Cumplir y superar el presupuesto de ventas anual, mensual y semanal.
  • Desarrollar, mantener y ampliar el portafolio de clientes clave (internacionales).
  • Liderar procesos de cotización y negociación, asegurando cumplimiento de expectativas y rentabilidad.
  • Definir y ejecutar estrategias de precios y políticas comerciales.
  • Desarrollar e implementar planes de crecimiento y comunicación adaptados a cada canal y cliente.
  • Realizar proyecciones y estimaciones de ventas a corto, mediano y largo plazo.
  • Supervisar la confirmación y cumplimiento de pedidos, asegurando alineación con capacidad operativa.
  • Gestionar y resolver reclamaciones comerciales y coordinar acciones correctivas.
  • Dar soporte a la gestión de cartera, seguimiento a pagos y condiciones comerciales.
  • Coordinar el área de diseño y desarrollo de nuevos productos.
  • Gestionar la agenda de clientes, visitas comerciales y feriasGestionar la agenda de clientes, visitas comerciales y ferias.
  • Coordinación con poscosecha de la operacion.

¿Qué deberiás tener previamente?

  • Profesional en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial, Mercadeo o afines. Deseable especialización en gerencia comercial o negocios internacionales.
  • Inglés Avanzado conversacional.
  • Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en liderazgo comercial.
  • Experiencia en el sector floricultor o agroindustrial, con al menos 5 años en cargos de similar responsabilidad.
  • Experiencia comprobada en desarrollo de clientes, gestión de equipos comerciales y negociación internacional.
