Nuestro cliente es una compañía del sector de construcción especializada en fabricación e instalación de estructuras metálicas para balcones, barandas y soluciones estructurales personalizadas en proyectos residenciales y comerciales en Estados Unidos.

La empresa se encuentra en un momento de crecimiento y profesionalización de su operación, donde la coordinación entre las distintas áreas del negocio se vuelve crítica para asegurar la eficiencia en la ejecución de los proyectos.

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

Serás responsable de coordinar la operación entre las distintas áreas del negocio para asegurar que los proyectos fluyan correctamente desde el diseño hasta la instalación en campo.

Entre tus principales responsabilidades estarán:

  • Coordinar la comunicación y ejecución entre equipos de diseño, fabricación e instalación.
  • Dar visibilidad constante sobre el estado de los proyectos, avances de fabricación y cronogramas de instalación.
  • Asegurar que cada proyecto tenga claridad sobre responsables, tiempos de entrega y materiales requeridos.
  • Identificar cuellos de botella operativos y ayudar a resolverlos para evitar retrasos o reprocesos.
  • Coordinar la disponibilidad de materiales necesarios para cada proyecto antes de iniciar las instalaciones.
  • Hacer seguimiento a inventarios, entregas y disponibilidad de materiales.
  • Apoyar en la elaboración y seguimiento de cotizaciones para proyectos.
  • Implementar herramientas y mecanismos de seguimiento que permitan tener trazabilidad sobre los proyectos activos.
  • Mantener comunicación constante con equipos técnicos y operativos para asegurar alineación en la ejecución.
  • Brindar visibilidad a liderazgo sobre el estado de la operación, avances y posibles riesgos.

La operación normalmente maneja entre 4 y 8 proyectos activos simultáneamente, por lo que el rol requiere una fuerte capacidad de organización, priorización y coordinación operativa.

Este es un rol altamente operativo, enfocado en ejecución y coordinación técnica.

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

Buscamos perfiles con experiencia en coordinación de proyectos técnicos o de construcción, idealmente en entornos donde se integren áreas de diseño, fabricación e instalación.

Idealmente deberías contar con:

  • Formación en Ingeniería Civil, Ingeniería Mecánica o carreras afines.
  • Entre 5 y 10 años de experiencia profesional en entornos técnicos relacionados con: estructuras metálicas metalmecánica fabricación de estructuras proyectos de construcción o infraestructura
  • Experiencia coordinando múltiples proyectos o frentes operativos simultáneamente.
  • Capacidad para leer o entender planos técnicos básicos.
  • Experiencia trabajando con cotizaciones, materiales o coordinación de obra.
  • Conocimiento o exposición a herramientas de seguimiento de proyectos, CRM o sistemas de gestión operativa.
  • Nivel de inglés avanzado para interactuar con equipos internacionales.

  • Interés por optimizar procesos y mejorar la eficiencia de la operación.
