Reconocida empresa de tecnología y alimentos (food-tech) está en búsqueda de nuevos talentos. Nuestro cliente crea y opera marcas virtuales de restaurantes, combinando lo mejor del mundo gastronómico con tecnología y analítica avanzada. ¿Qué harás en esta posición?

Serás responsable de desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de precios que maximicen la rentabilidad, competitividad y participación de mercado.

Analizarás datos de costos, demanda, competencia y márgenes para recomendar estrategias de pricing óptimas a nivel de marca y producto. Asimismo, generarás insights accionables que impacten directamente la rentabilidad de las operaciones en Colombia y México.

Adicionalmente, incorporarás herramientas de analítica avanzada e inteligencia artificial para optimizar procesos de pricing y mejorar la toma de decisiones.

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

  • 1 a 2 años de experiencia en análisis de precios, revenue management o funciones similares.
  • Formación en Ingeniería Industrial, Economía, Matemáticas o campos afines.
  • Manejo avanzado de Excel, con capacidad operativa sólida (será evaluado durante el proceso).
  • Experiencia en manipulación y análisis de grandes volúmenes de datos.
  • Conocimiento o experiencia en el uso de herramientas de inteligencia artificial aplicadas a pricing, analítica o toma de decisiones.

Competencias deseadas

  • Mentalidad altamente numérica y orientada al detalle.
  • Enfoque basado en datos, pensamiento crítico y alta capacidad analítica.
  • Habilidad para identificar tendencias y traducir datos en decisiones estratégicas.
  • Curiosidad y apertura para incorporar nuevas tecnologías (incluyendo IA) en los procesos.
