Asesor Comercial Externo sector Textil

Ubicación: Preferiblemente en Eje Cafetero (con disponibilidad para visitar municipios aledaños). Área: Comercial / Ventas Reporte a: Director Comercial Empresa: Compañía textil con sede principal en Bogotá, dedicada a la fabricación de medias para marca propia y para grandes marcas a nivel nacional.

Descripción del Cargo

Buscamos un Asesor Comercial Regional con experiencia en el sector Retail Textil, que se encargue de desarrollar, gestionar y fortalecer las relaciones comerciales en Eje Cafetero. La persona seleccionada será responsable de ampliar la cobertura de clientes, impulsar las ventas y garantizar la representación de la marca en la región.

Este rol requiere una persona dinámica, orientada a resultados, con alta capacidad de negociación y disponibilidad para realizar visitas frecuentes a clientes en ciudades y municipios aledaños.

Responsabilidades

  • Administrar y desarrollar la cartera de clientes en la zona asignada.
  • Realizar visitas comerciales periódicas en el Eje Cafetero y municipios cercanos.
  • Identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio y asegurar la apertura de nuevos clientes en el Retail Textil.
  • Presentar propuestas comerciales, negociar y concretar cierres de ventas.
  • Cumplir los objetivos de ventas definidos por la Dirección Comercial.
  • Elaborar reportes de gestión comercial y análisis de mercado.

Requisitos

  • Profesional graduado en áreas administrativas, comerciales, mercadeo, negocios internacionales o afines.
  • Mínimo 2 años de experiencia específica en el área comercial en empresas del sector Retail Textil.
  • Habilidades sólidas en negociación, ventas consultivas y desarrollo de relaciones B2B.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar dentro de la región (viáticos cubiertos por la empresa).

Condiciones Laborales

  • Tipo de contrato: termino fijo 3 directo con la empresa, después contrato fijo
  • Horario: Lunes a viernes de 8:00 a.m. a 5:00 p.m.
  • Salario base (anticipo mensual): $2.000.000 los 6 primeros meses garantizados o comisión la mas alta se paga
  • Comisiones: 3.5% sobre ventas (pagadas con la facturación).
  • Viáticos y gastos de desplazamiento cubiertos al 100% por la empresa.
