En T-mapp estamos acompañando a una organización internacional de impacto social que trabaja junto a comunidades, universidades, profesionales de la salud y voluntarios para generar cambios sostenibles. A diferencia de una ONG tradicional, cuenta con un modelo autosostenible que integra una sólida operación comercial, de marketing y tecnología para gestionar programas internacionales, alianzas con universidades y proyectos de desarrollo comunitario.

En este contexto, buscamos un RevOps Program Lead – Systems, Data & AI, un perfil híbrido entre negocio, tecnología y liderazgo, que será responsable de impulsar la transformación digital de la organización mediante la optimización de procesos, datos, automatización e inteligencia artificial.

Más que un desarrollador o un líder de ingeniería tradicional, buscamos a la persona capaz de conectar las necesidades del negocio con la tecnología, liderando iniciativas que eliminen procesos manuales, mejoren la eficiencia operativa y generen impacto medible en toda la organización.

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

  • Liderar el portafolio de proyectos de RevOps, definiendo prioridades y ejecutando un roadmap de transformación tecnológica alineado con la estrategia de MEDLIFE.
  • Comprender los procesos de Marketing, Ventas, Operaciones y Student Experience para identificar oportunidades de automatización y mejora continua.
  • Traducir necesidades del negocio en requerimientos funcionales y planes de implementación para los equipos técnicos.
  • Diseñar e implementar soluciones utilizando CRM, plataformas de datos, automatizaciones, aplicaciones internas, integraciones e inteligencia artificial.
  • Coordinar equipos de desarrollo internos y externos, validando propuestas técnicas, arquitecturas, tiempos y calidad de las soluciones implementadas.
  • Liderar iniciativas relacionadas con HubSpot, Data Warehouse, gobierno de datos, analítica, dashboards y Business Intelligence.
  • Implementar soluciones de inteligencia artificial, incluyendo asistentes internos, agentes inteligentes, automatización documental y flujos de trabajo automatizados, asegurando que las iniciativas lleguen exitosamente a producción.
  • Gestionar múltiples stakeholders, promover la adopción de nuevas herramientas y medir el impacto de las iniciativas mediante indicadores de negocio.
  • Durante los primeros seis meses, diagnosticar el estado actual de los procesos y sistemas, definir un roadmap priorizado, estabilizar operaciones críticas e implementar mejoras de alto impacto que generen eficiencias medibles.

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

  • Más de 5 años de experiencia liderando programas o proyectos de transformación digital, RevOps, Product Management o mejora de procesos.
  • Al menos 3 años coordinando equipos multidisciplinarios y proyectos tecnológicos con múltiples stakeholders.
  • Experiencia implementando soluciones de automatización, CRM, plataformas de datos e inteligencia artificial aplicada al negocio.
  • Conocimiento en herramientas como HubSpot, SQL, Python, Databricks, JavaScript, APIs de IA (OpenAI, Gemini o Claude), Business Intelligence e integraciones entre sistemas.
  • Capacidad para traducir problemas del negocio en soluciones tecnológicas escalables.
  • Experiencia priorizando iniciativas de alto impacto y gestionando múltiples proyectos simultáneamente.
  • Inglés y español avanzados.
  • Se valorarán certificaciones como PMP, Scrum o Lean Six Sigma, así como experiencia en organizaciones de impacto social o empresas de alto crecimiento.
