En T-mapp estamos acompañando a una destacada compañía del sector de infraestructura, proyectos y manufactura especializada con operaciones en Estados Unidos, que se encuentra en la búsqueda de su próximo Senior Project Analyst / Associate (Remote - Colombia). Este rol será una pieza clave de articulación entre los equipos de Estados Unidos y las operaciones, conectando información técnica, comercial y operativa para garantizar la rentabilidad, estimación de proyectos (pricing) y control de ejecuciones.

Buscamos un perfil híbrido que combine la disciplina analítica de un analista senior con la mentalidad de ejecución y autonomía de un Project Manager junior. ¿Qué harás en esta posición?

  • Estrategia de Pricing y Propuestas: Liderarás la elaboración de propuestas comerciales profesionales en inglés. Analizarás cantidades, listas de insumos, costos y estimaciones operativas para construir estructuras de pricing sólidas, justificadas y competitivas.
  • Control de Proyectos e Integración Operativa: Harás seguimiento constante a presupuestos baseline, margen, ejecución, compras críticas y desviaciones en los proyectos asignados. No solo reportarás las variaciones, sino que propondrás acciones correctivas y soluciones.
  • Coordinación Transversal (Cross-functional): Serás el puente de comunicación e información entre los equipos de Ventas, Ingeniería, Compras, Producción e Instalación, asegurando que los proyectos fluyan sin fricción.
  • Gestión de Órdenes de Cambio y Revisiones: Evaluarás el impacto financiero y operativo cuando existan cambios de alcance, diseño o condiciones de proyectos, asegurando la rentabilidad.
  • Optimización y Herramientas: Mantendrás actualizados los tableros de control (CRMs, monday.com, Google Drive) e implementarás plantillas y automatizaciones (usando herramientas de IA cuando aplique) para hacer más eficientes los procesos analíticos.

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

  • Formación: Profesional en Ingeniería Civil, Industrial, Mecánica o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia: Mínimo de 4 a 8 años en análisis de proyectos, estimación/pricing, control de costos, licitaciones/propuestas o gestión de proyectos en el sector de construcción, infraestructura o manufactura técnica.
  • Inglés: Nivel avanzado (B2+ / C1) fluido para redacción de propuestas y coordinación diaria directa con equipos en Estados Unidos.
  • Habilidades Técnicas: Capacidad demostrada para interpretar planos (drawings), especificaciones técnicas y documentos contractuales o comerciales.
  • Manejo de Datos y Herramientas: Dominio avanzado de Excel / Google Sheets. Deseable familiaridad con plataformas de gestión (monday.com, CRMs, Google Workspace) y apertura hacia el uso eficiente de IA para investigación y productividad.
  • Competencias Clave: Alta autonomía, capacidad de síntesis, rigurosidad analítica y orientación al detalle. Buscamos perfiles que resuelvan problemas de raíz y disfruten asumir el liderazgo de sus entregables. (Nota: No se requiere experiencia previa en Florida o EE. UU., pero sí capacidad de trabajo y alineación con equipos remotos).
