Como parte de su equipo de IT Security, tendrás la oportunidad de diseñar y liderar iniciativas de seguridad de alto impacto en un entorno altamente dinámico y complejo. Este rol combina estrategia, arquitectura y ejecución técnica, siendo clave para construir una postura de seguridad robusta, escalable y alineada con estándares internacionales.

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

Como Senior Security Engineer, serás responsable de diseñar, implementar y fortalecer la arquitectura de seguridad a través de múltiples entornos tecnológicos, combinando pensamiento estratégico con ejecución hands-on.

Tus principales responsabilidades serán:

  • Evaluar, implementar y administrar herramientas de seguridad enterprise (SIEM, SOAR, EDR).
  • Diseñar dashboards y sistemas de observabilidad que permitan monitoreo y visibilidad en tiempo real del riesgo.
  • Liderar la implementación técnica de controles alineados con SOC2 e ISO 27001.
  • Construir flujos automatizados para respuesta a incidentes y generación de evidencia de auditoría.
  • Diseñar e implementar arquitecturas de seguridad para entornos cloud y migraciones tecnológicas.
  • Garantizar estándares de seguridad en acceso, cifrado, logging y compliance.
  • Integrar herramientas y soluciones mediante APIs y automatización.
  • Participar activamente en iniciativas de infraestructura cloud, contenerización y seguridad por diseño.
  • Trabajar de manera transversal con las compañías del portafolio, abordando distintos retos de negocio y stacks tecnológicos.
  • Guiar técnicamente a perfiles más junior y comunicar estrategias de seguridad a distintos stakeholders.

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

Para tener éxito en este rol, esperamos que cuentes con:

  • +5 años de experiencia en ingeniería de seguridad o ciberseguridad, idealmente en compañías de software, entornos SaaS o empresas enterprise.
  • Capacidad para implementar soluciones de seguridad en entornos complejos, multiempresa o multiambiente, gestionando múltiples stakeholders y proyectos simultáneos.
  • Conocimiento sólido de frameworks de compliance y seguridad como SOC2 e ISO 27001, especialmente en organizaciones de alta exigencia operativa o regulatoria.
  • Manejo práctico de herramientas SIEM/SOAR/EDR como Splunk, Sentinel, Elastic u otras similares.
  • Conocimiento en seguridad cloud sobre AWS, Azure o GCP.
  • Familiaridad con Docker, Kubernetes e Infraestructura como Código (Terraform, Ansible).
  • Capacidad para integrar soluciones a través de APIs y automatización de procesos.
  • Inglés avanzado/proficient: B2–C1 para interacción constante con equipos globales.
  • Perfil con capacidad para moverse cómodamente entre la estrategia y la ejecución técnica hands-on.

  • Capacidad para priorizar y gestionar simultáneamente distintos frentes de trabajo y stakeholders.
  • Habilidad para comunicar conceptos técnicos de forma clara a diferentes niveles de la organización.
  • Curiosidad intelectual y motivación constante por aprender, evolucionar y mantenerse actualizado en tendencias de ciberseguridad.
