Empresa especializada en gestión, recuperación y administración de cartera, se encuentra en búsqueda de su próximo Supervisor de Cobranzas para su área de Operaciones en Honduras.

Esta posición tendrá como principal reto liderar, desarrollar y acompañar al equipo de Gestores de Cobranzas, asegurando el cumplimiento de las metas de recuperación de cartera y promoviendo estrategias de negociación orientadas a soluciones de pago viables y sostenibles. El rol combina liderazgo de equipos, gestión basada en datos, uso de tecnología y una experiencia de cobranza centrada en el cliente.

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

  • Liderar y hacer seguimiento a la gestión diaria del equipo de Gestores de Cobranzas, priorizando la operación con base en segmentación, analítica de cartera y cumplimiento de metas.
  • Supervisar la ejecución de estrategias de contacto, negociación y recuperación de cartera, realizando seguimiento individual a los gestores.
  • Promover negociaciones orientadas a soluciones de pago viables y sostenibles, garantizando un relacionamiento empático y claro con los clientes.
  • Desarrollar el talento del equipo mediante coaching, retroalimentación y acompañamiento individual.
  • Impulsar el uso adecuado de herramientas tecnológicas y canales digitales de cobranza como CRM, marcador, WhatsApp Business, portales de autogestión e IVR.
  • Analizar e interpretar KPIs y dashboards de gestión para tomar decisiones y mejorar la eficiencia de la operación.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de políticas, procedimientos, normativa de protección de datos y estándares de calidad.
  • Promover un adecuado clima laboral, motivación y retención del equipo.
  • Identificar e implementar oportunidades de mejora continua e innovación en procesos, herramientas y estrategias de gestión

¿Qué requisitos debes cumplir?

  • Formación en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Comercial, Marketing, Administración y Gestión de Cartera o carreras afines.
  • Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en cargos como Supervisor de Cobranzas, Supervisor de Call Center de Ventas o Asesor Senior de Call Center de Cobranzas.
  • Experiencia liderando y desarrollando equipos de trabajo.
  • Conocimiento sólido en procesos de crédito y cobranza, negociación y alternativas de pago.
  • Manejo de herramientas digitales de cobranza como CRM, marcador, WhatsApp Business y portales de autogestión.
  • Capacidad para analizar e interpretar indicadores de gestión y dashboards.
  • Manejo de Excel avanzado y herramientas de analítica como Power BI o similares.
  • Deseable conocimiento de COPC o procesos de certificación de calidad similares.
  • Conocimiento de protección de datos personales y normativa financiera aplicable.
  • Perfil con fuerte liderazgo, orientación a resultados, capacidad de negociación, adaptabilidad, inteligencia emocional y pensamiento analítico.
