Descripción del puesto:

Buscamos un Technical Support Specialist que se convierta en un puente clave entre tecnología, producto y clientes. Esta posición combinará el soporte técnico a clientes activos en producción con el acompañamiento y liderazgo de nuevos procesos de integración dentro de una infraestructura de pagos.

El perfil ideal cuenta con experiencia en ecosistemas de pagos, fintech o procesamiento de transacciones, y combina sólidos conocimientos técnicos con una fuerte orientación al servicio. Será responsable de resolver incidentes, acompañar integraciones, explicar conceptos técnicos de manera sencilla y coordinar con equipos internos para garantizar una experiencia ágil y efectiva para los clientes.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Brindar soporte técnico a clientes en ambientes de producción y gestionar incidentes relacionados con transacciones y flujos de pago.
  • Investigar, diagnosticar y dar seguimiento a problemas a través de canales como Slack y sistemas de tickets, cumpliendo los SLA establecidos.
  • Acompañar a nuevos clientes durante su proceso de onboarding e integración técnica.
  • Guiar implementaciones e integraciones personalizadas mediante APIs y flujos de pago.
  • Mantener una comunicación cercana, clara y constante con los clientes durante todo el proceso de resolución.

Perfil buscado

  • Experiencia en fintech, pasarelas de pago, PSP, bancos, neobancos o compañías de infraestructura de pagos.
  • Conocimiento de procesamiento de transacciones, APIs, integraciones y flujos de pago.
  • Entendimiento del ecosistema financiero colombiano y la circulación del dinero dentro del sistema.
  • Inglés avanzado, oral y escrito.
  • Experiencia previa en soporte técnico, implementaciones, integraciones, ingeniería de soluciones o atención a clientes de productos tecnológicos.
