Nuestro cliente, una destacada compañía de financiación de capital de trabajo con más de una década en el mercado y presencia internacional, busca sumar a su equipo Transaction Operations Analysts para su operación en Cali, Colombia. Este cargo es fundamental para el procesamiento diario de las operaciones de factoring, garantizando la trazabilidad y el control exhaustivo que exige un negocio de crédito.

Buscamos a alguien meticuloso, rápido y honesto con los errores. Este rol es donde se materializa el control: una factura mal validada es una pérdida potencial. Requerimos un perfil de ejecución pura con disciplina de proceso — el procedimiento se sigue igual todos los días, y cuando algo no encaja, se escala en el momento.

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

  • Procesamiento y control operativo: Ejecutar diariamente las operaciones de factoring con estricto apego a los procesos, asegurando que ninguna factura mal validada genere pérdidas potenciales.
  • Operación internacional multidivisa: Trabajar con transacciones en USD, EUR y GBP, ganando exposición real a mercados, contrapartes y marcos regulatorios internacionales (incluyendo Estados Unidos, Reino Unido y España).
  • Gestión de incidencias: Mantener una disciplina de proceso impecable, identificando irregularidades de inmediato y escalándolas en el momento exacto en que algo no encaja.
  • Innovación y diseño: Participar en la construcción de procesos desde cero, aportando a la automatización y mejora continua en lugar de simplemente administrar estructuras heredadas.
  • Agilidad operativa: Operar dentro de una estructura plana y sin capas de aprobación burocráticas, asumiendo autonomía sobre tu frente de trabajo.

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

  • Educación: Profesional en carreras Administrativas, Financieras, Contables o afines.
  • Experiencia: Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en roles operativos, procesamiento de datos, validación de documentos financieros o control de transacciones crediticias.
  • Conocimientos técnicos e idiomas: Nivel de inglés medio-alto. Alta capacidad de análisis y procesamiento de información. Es deseable el interés o conocimiento previo en factoring, confirming y supply chain finance.
  • Habilidades blandas: Atención extrema al detalle (meticulosidad), rapidez de ejecución, honestidad absoluta frente a los errores y una fuerte disciplina para seguir procedimientos rutinarios sin perder el rigor.
