Reconocida compañía multinacional de reaseguros está en búsqueda de su VP Comercial en Bogotá que tenga una fuerte vocación de ventas, capacidad para manejar grandes clientes y el impulso estratégico para dejar huella en el mercado.

Reportando directamente al Director Regional, sus principales responsabilidades serán:

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

  • Desarrollar y expandir negocios: Liderarás el relacionamiento comercial con grandes clientes, corporativos, sector gobierno, pymes y corredores de seguros.
  • Asesorar con base técnica: Actuarás como un generador de confianza, apoyándote en tu conocimiento técnico en seguros para estructurar soluciones a la medida.
  • Abrir y consolidar mercado: Identificarás oportunidades en diversos sectores (ej. Power) capitalizando el respaldo de la red global para cerrar negocios importantes.

Para lograr cumplir a cabalidad con la posición, es muy importante que cuentes con estas características:

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

  • Experiencia comprobada: Trayectoria comercial exitosa en el sector, idealmente como corredor de seguros o reaseguros manejando cuentas corporativas y clientes grandes.
  • ADN Comercial: Empuje, hambre de crecimiento y la habilidad de ser "manos confiables" que sepan relacionarse a alto nivel ejecutivo.
  • Dominio del idioma: Nivel de inglés avanzado, indispensable para la interacción con los equipos globales.
