Ce qui t'attend

  • Gestion du personnel et développement professionnel de l'équipe.
  • Planification des projets et des capacités de l'équipe, ainsi que la responsabilité de la bonne exécution et de l'assurance qualité des projets clients.
  • Réalisation et direction d'audits de sécurité, de travaux conceptuels et de projets de conseil dans le domaine de la sécurité (focus Suisse romande).
  • Responsabilité et gestion des opportunités de projets clients.
  • Acquisition proactive de nouveaux clients et entretien des relations existantes en Suisse romande.
  • Développement et réalisation de formations internes et externes.
  • Développement et gestion technique des services (focus Suisse romande).
  • Soutien actif des équipes Marketing et Ventes dans la mise en œuvre des activités et du service clientèle (pré- et post-ventes).

Ce que tu apportes

  • Formation solide et formations complémentaires dans les domaines de la sécurité de l'information.
  • Expérience professionnelle dans le domaine de la sécurité de l'information avec la direction de projets de toute nature et de toute taille.
  • Des certifications en sécurité de l'information (comme CISSP, CISA, CISM, ou équivalent) sont un atout.
  • Expérience en gestion d'équipe.
  • Adopte une approche coopérative en tant que personne capable de travailler en équipe et loyale dans la collaboration entre les équipes.
  • Casier judiciaire vierge.
  • Excellentes connaissances de l'allemand et du français (bilingue), des connaissances supplémentaires en anglais sont un plus.
