Unser Kunde ist ein international führender Spezialist im Bereich industrielle Instandhaltung. Am Standort Baden betreust du gemeinsam mit einem eingespielten Team von rund 30 Technikern eine moderne, hochautomatisierte Produktionsumgebung.

Hier arbeitest du an Robotiksystemen, CNC Maschinen und komplexen Automatisierungszellen in einem anspruchsvollen industriellen Umfeld.

Deine Verantwortung

  • Du stellst den reibungslosen Betrieb sämtlicher Produktionsanlagen sicher und übernimmst Verantwortung für deren technische Performance.
  • Du führst selbstständig Wartungsarbeiten sowie Reparaturen an vollautomatisierten Roboterzellen, unter anderem mit ABB Systemen, und an CNC gesteuerten Werkzeugmaschinen durch.
  • Du analysierst Störungen systematisch, identifizierst Ursachen und sorgst für nachhaltige Lösungen.
  • Du dokumentierst alle Instandhaltungs- und Reparaturarbeiten sauber im System und bringst dich aktiv in kontinuierliche Verbesserungsprozesse ein.
  • Bei Neuinstallationen, Erweiterungen und Investitionsprojekten unterstützt du das Projektteam technisch und begleitest neue Anlagen bis zur stabilen Inbetriebnahme.
  • Zusätzlich schulst du Mitarbeitende bei neuen Systemen und übernimmst sporadisch Pikettdienst.

Das bringst du mit

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Automatiker, Elektroniker oder eine vergleichbare elektrotechnische Qualifikation.
  • Du verfügst über mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in einem industriellen Instandhaltungsumfeld.
  • Du kennst dich mit Automatisierungs- und Robotersystemen aus und hast idealerweise bereits mit ABB IRC5 gearbeitet.
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Antriebs und Messtechnik ist von Vorteil.
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und mit hoher Serviceorientierung.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse setzt die Rolle voraus, Englischkenntnisse sind ein Plus.
