Who we are

TalentCloud Group is a Swiss-founded recruitment partner working with growth-focused companies across Switzerland and internationally.

We've built our reputation placing high-quality permanent talent in IT and commercial functions, but we're now expanding into contract / interim hiring, where speed, trust, and real problem-solving matter more than process.

No prior recruitment or sales experience required.

The role (what makes this different)

This is not a sit back and follow a script sales role.

You'll learn how to operate in two very different worlds:

  • HR / Talent teams structured, process-driven, expect polished communication
  • Line managers under pressure, need solutions now, respond to authenticity and insight

Your job is to become a sales chameleon - knowing how to read the room, adapt your approach, and uncover what's really going on beneath the surface.

In contract recruitment, you're not selling CVs. You're solving urgent, real-world problems

What you'll be doing

  • Reaching out to companies and starting conversations (phone, LinkedIn, email)
  • Learning how to speak differently to HR vs. line managers
  • Identifying real hiring needs (burning platform situations)
  • Supporting delivery of both permanent and contract recruitment projects
  • Building relationships with clients over time — not just one-off transactions
  • Working closely with the TalentCloud team to learn the craft properly
  • Gradually owning your own clients and revenue

Who this is for

We are not looking for a finished product. We are deliberately looking for someone early in their career — or even at the very start.

Someone who:

  • Is curious, coachable, and willing to give it a go
  • Communicates confidently in German and English
  • Is comfortable picking up the phone and speaking to new people
  • Wants to learn how business actually works (not just theory)
  • Is motivated by progress, not perfection
  • Enjoys being part of a small, growing team where they can make an impact
