Für spannende, zukunftsorientierte Projekte im Bereich Hochbau und Haustechnik suchen wir einen engagierten PMO-Spezialisten, der unseren Kunden im Bereich Projektmanagement unterstützt. In dieser Position wirst du ein zentraler Bestandteil des Teams und trägst massgeblich zum Erfolg verschiedener Projekte bei, indem du Prozesse optimierst, wichtige Projektdokumente verwaltest und dafür sorgst, dass die Abläufe auch in einem sich ständig verändernden Umfeld reibungslos funktionieren.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Projektunterlagen erstellen: Entwickle und pflege umfassende Projektdokumente, die eine klare Kommunikation und effizienten Fortschritt gewährleisten
  • Budget- und Terminüberwachung: Überwache die Projektkosten, behalte das Budget im Blick und sorge dafür, dass Deadlines eingehalten werden dabei nutzt du deine analytischen Fähigkeiten, um Präzision und Erfolg zu sichern
  • Prozessoptimierung: Trage aktiv zur Weiterentwicklung der Projektprozesse bei und bringe frische Ideen sowie innovative Ansätze ein
  • Koordination und Zusammenarbeit: Arbeite eng mit internen und externen Stakeholdern zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Phasen des Projekts klar und abgestimmt ablaufen
  • Allgemeine Projektadministration: Übernehme die umfassende Administration laufender Projekte und stelle sicher, dass alle erforderlichen Dokumente erstellt, verfolgt und zugänglich sind

Was du mitbringst:

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Architektur oder Ingenieurwesen (Hochbau, Haustechnik oder vergleichbare Fachrichtungen)
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Erste Erfahrungen in der Unterstützung von Bauprojekten, z. B. in der Bauherrenvertretung, Gesamtprojektleitung oder Fachplanung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, MS Project und Projektmanagement-Software wie Provis und Messerli
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Building Information Modeling (BIM) und digitalen Technologien im Bauwesen
  • Interesse an Projektadministration, Rechnungslegung und Vertragsmanagement
