Senior Accountant – End‑to‑End Verantwortung für das Schweizer Accounting

Wir suchen eine erfahrene, strukturierte Persönlichkeit, die das Schweizer Accounting vollständig und eigenständig führt. Du verantwortest die täglichen Buchhaltungsabläufe, steuerst den Monatsabschluss und stellst sicher, dass Zahlen, Prozesse und Dokumentation jederzeit sauber, nachvollziehbar und prüfungssicher sind.

Die Rolle ist bewusst unternehmerisch: Prozesse werden aufgebaut, verbessert und professionalisiert. Du hast direkten Einfluss darauf, wie die Finanzfunktion künftig arbeitet — und du übernimmst Ownership für Qualität, Genauigkeit und Termintreue.

Deine Verantwortlichkeiten

Accounting Operations

  • End‑to‑end Verantwortung für die Buchhaltung der Schweizer Gesellschaft: AP, AR, Banking, Accruals, Prepayments, Fixed Assets, Intercompany
  • Monatliche Bank‑, POS‑ und Kartenabstimmungen; offene Positionen werden konsequent bereinigt
  • Saubere, gut dokumentierte Buchungen mit vollständigem Audit‑Trail
  • Unterstützung im Liquiditätsmanagement: Cash‑Monitoring, Zahlungsplanung, kurzfristige Forecasts
  • Mitarbeit an Budget, Forecasts und Performance‑Tracking

Payroll Accounting

  • Verbuchung der monatlichen Löhne und Abstimmung aller Sozialversicherungen, BVG, UVG/KTG und Quellensteuer
  • Sicherstellung korrekter Datenflüsse zwischen HR‑System und Payroll‑Accounting

Monthly Close & Reporting

  • Steuerung des Monatsabschlusses nach fixem Zeitplan
  • Erstellung von Monats‑, Quartals‑ und Jahresabschlüssen nach Swiss GAAP / OR
  • Management‑Reporting inkl. Abweichungsanalysen und klarer Kommentierung
  • Intercompany‑Abstimmungen innerhalb der Gruppe (CH, CZ)

Tax & Compliance

  • Vorbereitung der Schweizer MWST‑Abrechnungen; Unterstützung bei grenzüberschreitenden MWST‑Fragestellungen
  • Mitarbeit bei Steuererklärungen und Koordination mit Treuhand und Steuerexperten
  • Laufende Beobachtung relevanter Accounting‑ und Steuerentwicklungen

Audit & Controls

  • Hauptansprechpartner für Revisionsstellen und Treuhand im Rahmen von Jahres‑ und Steuerprüfungen
  • Aufbau und Stärkung interner Kontrollen: SoD, Freigabeprozesse, Periodenabschlüsse, Reconciliation‑Disziplin

Process Improvement

  • Identifikation und Umsetzung von Verbesserungen in Accounting‑Workflows (AP‑Automatisierung, Payment Runs, Reconciliations, Reporting)
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Operations, Sales und Logistics, um korrekte Datenerfassung an der Quelle sicherzustellen

Was du mitbringst

  • Abschluss in Accounting/Finance; Schweizer Fachausweis F&R ist ein starkes Plus
  • 5–8 Jahre operative Accounting‑Erfahrung in Schweizer KMU (Produktion, Handel, Retail, Landwirtschaft); internationale/multi‑entity Erfahrung vorteilhaft
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Swiss GAAP / OR, Schweizer MWST (inkl. Import/Export), sowie Payroll‑relevanten Sozialversicherungen
  • Hohe ERP‑Kompetenz; Odoo ist ein grosser Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Excel‑Skills
  • Fliessend Deutsch und Englisch
  • Präzise, strukturiert, selbstständig; hohe Ownership für Deadlines und Deliverables
  • Vertrauenswürdiger Umgang mit vertraulichen Informationen
