Du möchtest anspruchsvolle technische Systeme durch präzise Simulationen voranbringen und suchst eine Rolle, in der Modellierung, Analyse und Engineering zusammenkommen? Für ein technologieorientiertes Unternehmen in der Ostschweiz suche ich eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit, die komplexe Simulationsmodelle entwickelt, validiert und in interdisziplinären Projekten einsetzt.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Entwicklung, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Simulationsmodellen für komplexe technische Systeme
  • Durchführung aerodynamischer, mechanischer und dynamischer Simulationen zur Unterstützung von Design‑, Test‑ und Validierungsprozessen
  • Ableitung technischer Anforderungen und Überführung in belastbare mathematische Modelle
  • Analyse, Dokumentation und Interpretation von Simulationsergebnissen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit System‑, Software‑ und Test‑Engineering
  • Unterstützung von Verifikation & Validierung durch Simulationsdaten, Szenarien und technische Evidenz
  • Mitwirkung an der Optimierung von Tools, Workflows und Simulationsumgebungen
  • Einsatz moderner Analyse‑ und Dokumentationswerkzeuge, inkl. KI‑gestützter Methoden

Das bringst du mit

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Simulation Engineer, Modelling Engineer, Flight Dynamics Engineer oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle
  • Fundierter Hintergrund in Physik, Mathematik, Aerodynamik, Mechanik oder verwandten Ingenieurdisziplinen
  • Erfahrung mit dynamischen, aerodynamischen oder systembezogenen Simulationen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Modellierungsumgebungen, numerischen Verfahren und Datenanalyse
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Zusammenhänge in klare, nachvollziehbare Modelle zu übersetzen
  • Strukturierte, analytische Arbeitsweise und präzise Kommunikation
  • Erfahrung in regulierten oder sicherheitsrelevanten technischen Bereichen von Vorteil
  • Gute Kenntnisse moderner Engineering‑Tools und Offenheit für neue Technologien

Wünschenswerte Zusatzkompetenzen

  • Kenntnisse in Embedded‑ oder Echtzeitsystemen, Sensorik oder Kommunikationsarchitekturen
  • Erfahrung mit Programmiersprachen wie C++, C#, Java oder ähnlichen Technologien
  • Vertrautheit mit UML, SysML, MBSE oder Requirements‑Management‑Tools
  • Grundlagen in Safety‑, Cybersecurity‑ oder Reliability‑Engineering
  • Erfahrung mit technischen Reviews, Audits oder formaler Dokumentation
