Für ein etabliertes Unternehmen im Bereich Healthcare-IT suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die mit technischem Know-how und einem Gespür für Menschen die Kluft zwischen IT-Lösungen und deren praktischer Nutzung im Alltag schliesst in Spitälern, Heimen und Praxen in der ganzen Schweiz.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Beobachtung und Analyse der tatsächlichen Nutzung von IT-Services und Anwendungen durch medizinisches Fachpersonal
  • Erkennen von Abweichungen zwischen technischer Lösung und tatsächlicher Benutzererfahrung
  • Differenzierung zwischen technischen Problemen und fehlender Schulung oder Nutzerakzeptanz
  • Erstellung von Auswertungen und Ableitung konkreter Handlungsempfehlungen zur Optimierung der Nutzung
  • Initiierung und Begleitung von Massnahmen zur User Adoption (ggf. mit Partnern)
  • Beratung von Kund:innen zur Verbesserung der Enduser Experience
  • Aufbau und Pflege eines internen Erfahrungswissens über ICT-Nutzung im Gesundheitswesen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Customer Management, Service Management sowie den technischen und applikationsbezogenen Teams
  • Markt- und Trendbeobachtung: Wie arbeiten andere Institutionen mit IT-Lösungen? Welche neuen Konzepte gibt es?
  • Entwicklung praxistauglicher Empfehlungen für IT-Anwendungen, die sowohl nutzerfreundlich als auch stabil und effizient betreibbar sind

Dein Profil:

  • Höhere Ausbildung (FH, HF, Uni) im Bereich ICT und/oder Gesundheitswesen
  • Ausgeprägte ICT-Affinität, idealerweise ergänzt durch Erfahrung im ICT-Vertrieb oder -Beratung
  • Breites Wissen in IT-Architektur, Applikationen und betriebswirtschaftliches Grundverständnis
  • Vertraut mit typischen Systemlandschaften im Gesundheitswesen (z.B. KIS, PIS, ERP, Menüwahlsysteme)
  • Kommunikationsstark, gewinnende Persönlichkeit mit Fingerspitzengefühl von Endanwender:in bis Geschäftsleitung
  • Exzellente Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Französisch und Englisch sind ein Plus
  • Strukturierte Analysefähigkeit, neugieriger Blick auf Nutzerverhalten und Lust auf Innovation
  • Freude daran, praxisorientierte Lösungen zu entwickeln und externe Impulse aufzunehme
