1、负责平台核心系统搭建及代码编写； 2、负责服务基础组件、中间件设计和实施。 3、可独立完成业务需求拆解、分析及实施； 4、有架构设计能力, 需要持续在一线编码；

1、全日制统招本科及以上，计算机或相关专业，5年及以上JAVA软件项目实施和开发经验，有SaaS开发经验； 2、熟悉JVM及其原理，常用GC回收机制，数量掌握JAVA性能调优，熟悉JDK核心基础类，IO资源管理熟练掌握； 3、精通JAVA性能分析工具，具备JAVA产品性能分析经验； 4、熟悉主流开源框架，如Spring、Mybatis、Spring Boot、Spring Cloud等； 5、具备丰富的编码以及JAVA Code & Review经验，以及清晰完整的系统设计思路； 6、熟悉后端常用的数据组件（如MySQL、PostgreSQL、Redis、RabbitMQ、Kafka等），对技术选型作出合理有效的判断； 7、有较好的编码规范习惯，具备较强的分析问题、解决问题的能力，思维敏捷，喜欢有挑战性的工作； 8、有团队精神、有责任心、有较强的执行力，抗压能力强； 9、熟悉大数据相关的JAVA开发经验优先。
