1. 2年以上的软件开发经验，3 年以上企业软件的售后支持经验，优秀者可放宽； 2. 属性Linux 操作，资源负载、性能分析； 3. 熟练使用两种或两种以上的现代脚本语言（如Python、Node.js、SQL），对流行的编程语言有深刻的理解能力 4. 熟悉各种关系型和非关系型数据库系统，以及standalone、cluster、sharding等各类数据库模式，了解Kafka, Elasticsearch, Hadoop, Spark 等开源项目； 5. 具有可扩展和高可用分布式系统的经验； 6. 优秀的沟通能力，分析和解决问题能力； 7. 有能力出差到20%以上； 8. 拥有学士学位或同等工作经验

加分项： 1. 具有Oracle，MongoDB等DBA认证经验优先； 2. 熟悉分布式缓存，消息中间件，SQL 关系数据库和 NoSQL 关系数据库在应用架构设计中的最佳实践，有大型综合数据技术栈实施项目经验优先。
