1. 负责公司产品测试工作，提高项目的整体效率，保障产品质量； 2. 对产品迭代测试和历史功能制定合理易用的自动化测试设计并落地，输出测试报告，保证测试工作高效进行； 3. 负责测试环境、脚本、测试数据的设计、开发、维护管理工作； 4. 对主要客户场景以及工单完成自动化测试回归。

计算机或相关专业本科以上学历，两年以上测试开发经验； 2. 熟悉 Python 语言，熟悉 Linux，熟悉数据库操作，有容器Docker与容器编排k8s经验更佳，熟悉常用的测试工具/框架如Jmeter，Selenium等； 3. 具备优秀的学习能力、分析能力、技术钻研能力，有制定合理易用的测试策略与测试架构的能力，能够完成问题定位与任务推动； 4. 具有很强的技术前瞻性，较强的业务分析能力，沟通表达能力和团队协调能力； 5. 有全链路测试、故障演练、大型测试平台设计和开发经验者优先； 6. 熟悉 SQL，Nosql 等数据库的安装部署； 7. 强烈的责任心，抗压能力强。
