Join our Partial Harvest Crew and play a key role in harvesting premium Australian prawns. Working as part of a close-knit team, you'll spend your days in the ponds setting, checking and emptying harvest nets, helping ensure prawns are harvested efficiently and delivered for processing. What You'll Be Doing
Setting, checking and emptying partial harvest nets Working in the ponds throughout your shift Assisting with moving and lifting prawn-filled nets Supporting daily harvest operations Working safely as part of a fast-paced team Contributing to successful harvest outcomes during the busy season
The Roster
Monday to Friday roster 8.5-hour shifts Start times may vary between 3:00am and 5:00am Weekend work may be required during December Overtime opportunities available during peak harvest periods
What You'll Bring
Current C Class Driver's Licence Ability to swim Good physical fitness and ability to lift and move harvest nets Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Comfortable working outdoors and being wet for extended periods Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
