The posting

Dans le cadre du développement de notre activité, TCRI Group recherche un(e) Assistant(e) Logistique pour rejoindre son équipe.

Nous vous proposons un poste en CDI, basé actuellement à Corbas (69), avec un déménagement de l’activité prévu à Heyrieux (38) en fin d’année.

Votre mission :

Au sein du service logistique, vous assurez le suivi et la gestion des activités logistiques et administratives, en collaboration avec les différents interlocuteurs internes et externes, dans le respect des procédures de l’entreprise.

Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec la Responsable Logistique et contribuerez au bon fonctionnement quotidien de l’agence et de la plateforme.

Vos principales responsabilités :

Gestion administrative et suivi d’activité

  • Suivre les indicateurs qualité et les tableaux de bord d’activité ;
  • Suivre les lignes de services et les reliquats en fin de journée ;
  • Gérer les stocks de consommables et de déchets de l’entrepôt ;
  • Passer les commandes nécessaires.

Gestion des clients

  • Éditer et suivre les commandes clients ;
  • Répartir les commandes par secteur de tournée ;
  • Valider les tournées de livraison ;
  • Participer à la gestion de l’affrètement ;
  • Assurer la facturation ;
  • Suivre et traiter les litiges clients.

Gestion des fournisseurs

  • Organiser le planning de livraison des fournisseurs ;
  • Assurer le suivi des reliquats de commandes fournisseurs ;
  • Gérer les litiges fournisseurs et assurer leur enregistrement dans la base.

Suivi des procédures et activités logistiques

  • Appliquer les procédures relatives à la gestion des commandes clients et fournisseurs ;
  • Signaler à la hiérarchie les dysfonctionnements ou écarts constatés ;
  • Participer ponctuellement aux opérations de saisie des préparations ;
  • Participer à la réalisation des inventaires ;
  • Réaliser différentes tâches administratives selon les besoins du service.

Le profil que nous recherchons :

Vous êtes organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et appréciez le travail en équipe.

Vous disposez d’un bon relationnel, d’un bon sens de l’écoute et êtes à l’aise dans les échanges avec différents interlocuteurs, aussi bien en interne qu’avec les clients et fournisseurs.

Une première expérience de 1 à 2 ans dans un environnement administratif, logistique ou gestion est souhaitée.
