Votre mission :

Envie d’un poste polyvalent, au cœur de la gestion clients et de la facturation ?

Au sein de notre équipe, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le suivi de nos clients et dans la bonne gestion des opérations de facturation.

Votre quotidien sera varié, avec des missions à la croisée de la facturation, de la gestion des comptes clients et du suivi administratif.

Votre quotidien :

Facturation

  • Suivi des factures sur les portails de dématérialisation
  • Assurer le suivi de la facturation
  • Identifier et gérer les anomalies de facturation
  • Veiller à la fiabilité des données

Gestion des comptes clients

  • Assurer l’ouverture et la duplication des comptes clients
  • Créer, mettre à jour et suivre les dossiers clients
  • Gérer un portefeuille clients réparti par zone

Litiges & avoirs

  • Assurer le suivi des litiges clients
  • Gérer les avoirs
  • Contribuer à la résolution rapide et efficace des demandes

Suivi TVA

  • Assurer le suivi des justificatifs d'exonération de TVA clients
  • Contrôler les éléments nécessaires et contribuer à la fiabilité des données

Le profil que nous recherchons :

Vous êtes rigoureux(se), organisé(e) et réactif(ve) ?

Vous aimez avoir un poste polyvalent, gérer plusieurs sujets en parallèle et travailler en équipe ?

Votre sens du service, votre esprit d’analyse et votre capacité à trouver des solutions seront vos meilleurs atouts pour réussir dans ce poste.
