Buscamos por Gerente de Vendas que será o principal responsável pela gestão integral da loja de Jaraguá do Sul, liderando diretamente um time de 5 a 7 pessoas. O foco principal está na aceleração dos resultados comerciais, garantia da excelência no atendimento e no cascateamento estratégico das diretrizes do grupo para a ponta.

● Gestão de Crises e Conflitos: Habilidade analítica e inteligência emocional para contornar objeções, mediar conflitos e atuar sob pressão; ● Resiliência: Alta resistência à frustração face aos desafios do mercado comercial; ● Visão de Negócio: Visão estratégica, postura de "visão de dono", comprometimento de longo prazo, transparência e honestidade inegociáveis;

Hard Skills (Competências Técnicas) ● Formação: Graduação completa; ● Pós-Graduação / Especialização: Desejável (será um diferencial); ● Experiência: Mínimo de 5 anos de experiência comprovada como Gerente no segmento automotivo; ● Idiomas: Inglês desejável (com foco e aplicabilidade em viagens internacionais); ● Ferramentas: Excel em nível intermediário a avançado; ● Tecnologia e Dados: Conhecimento prático em ferramentas de BI (Business Intelligence), domínio em acompanhamento de CRM, funil de vendas e métricas de conversão. ● Mentalidade de Crescimento: Perfil ambicioso com foco em evolução contínua e desenvolvimento de carreira dentro do Grupo.
