Nosso cliente, uma organização de referência na prestação de serviços profissionais, busca um(a) HR Business Partner Generalista para apoiar a estruturação e consolidação da área de Recursos Humanos, atuando de forma estratégica junto às lideranças e contribuindo para a evolução da cultura organizacional.

Buscamos um(a) profissional com visão de negócio, perfil consultivo e capacidade de transitar entre a estratégia e a operação, apoiando a implantação de práticas modernas de gestão de pessoas.

Atividades e Responsabilidades

  • Atuar como parceiro estratégico das lideranças, apoiando decisões relacionadas à gestão de pessoas, desenvolvimento organizacional e estrutura das equipes.
  • Conduzir a implantação e evolução dos principais processos de RH, fortalecendo uma cultura de alta performance, desenvolvimento e accountability.
  • Desenvolver e implementar iniciativas de Gestão de Desempenho, Desenvolvimento de Lideranças, PDI, Feedback, Clima Organizacional, Carreira e Sucessão.
  • Apoiar projetos de transformação cultural, fortalecimento da cultura organizacional e profissionalização da gestão.
  • Atuar de forma consultiva junto aos gestores na gestão de conflitos, desenvolvimento de equipes, movimentações internas e tomada de decisão relacionada a pessoas.
  • Implantar indicadores de RH e propor ações para a melhoria contínua dos processos.
  • Conduzir processos de Recrutamento & Seleção end to end para posições estratégicas.
  • Realizar a conferência da folha de pagamento, encargos e benefícios processados pela contabilidade externa, garantindo a consistência das informações.
  • Atuar como interface entre a empresa, a contabilidade e demais fornecedores de RH.
  • Apoiar a construção e revisão de políticas, processos e práticas de Recursos Humanos.
  • Contribuir para o fortalecimento da experiência do colaborador durante toda a sua jornada na organização.
  • Ensino Superior completo em Psicologia, Administração, Recursos Humanos ou áreas correlatas.
  • Pós-graduação em Gestão de Pessoas, Desenvolvimento Organizacional, Liderança ou áreas afins será considerada um diferencial.
  • Experiência consolidada como HR Business Partner, Generalista de RH ou Consultor(a) Interno(a) de RH.
  • Vivência em Desenvolvimento Organizacional, Gestão de Performance, Desenvolvimento de Lideranças, Cultura Organizacional e Gestão da Mudança.
  • Conhecimento em processos de Administração de Pessoal, com experiência na conferência de folha de pagamento realizada por escritório de contabilidade.
  • Vivência em organizações com modelo de partnership (sociedade de sócios), como escritórios de advocacia, auditorias (Big Four), consultorias estratégicas ou empresas de serviços profissionais, será considerada requisito essencial.

  • Forte capacidade de influência e relacionamento com sócios e lideranças seniores.
  • Postura consultiva, senso de dono e visão estratégica.
  • Excelente comunicação, discrição e maturidade para lidar com informações confidenciais.
  • Capacidade de estruturar processos, gerar credibilidade e conduzir mudanças organizacionais.
  • Perfil "mão na massa", transitando com naturalidade entre atividades estratégicas e operacionais.

Modelo de contratação: Pessoa Jurídica (PJ)

Remuneração: R$ 10.000,00/mês
