Grupo Téciman lleva 35 años transmitiendo satisfacción en el desarrollo de Proyectos y Servicios de Ingeniería. La manera de ser del equipo de Téciman, se ve reflejado en los trabajos que estamos ejecutando para nuestros clientes.

Para nuevos proyectos en el sector de Construcción, precisamos Arquitecto Proyectos de Edificación, en Burgos.

Responsabilidades

  • Dirección y supervisión de la ejecución de una promoción residencial de gran magnitud, garantizando el cumplimiento de los objetivos establecidos.
  • Planificación, organización y seguimiento de los trabajos de obra, asegurando el cumplimiento de los plazos, costes y estándares de calidad.
  • Coordinación y gestión de los equipos de trabajo, encargándose de organizar las tareas y supervisar el desarrollo de las actividades.
  • Coordinación de subcontratas, industriales y proveedores, asegurando la correcta ejecución de los trabajos y la adecuada planificación de los recursos.
  • Supervisión del cumplimiento de los planos, especificaciones técnicas, normativa vigente y requisitos del proyecto.
  • Control económico de la obra, seguimiento de presupuestos, mediciones, certificaciones y posibles desviaciones.
  • Resolución de incidencias técnicas y organizativas durante la ejecución de los trabajos, proponiendo soluciones que permitan garantizar el avance de la obra.
  • Coordinación con la Dirección Facultativa, propiedad y demás agentes intervinientes en el proyecto.
  • Seguimiento de los estándares de calidad, seguridad y prevención de riesgos laborales durante todas las fases de ejecución.
  • Elaboración de informes de seguimiento y reporte del estado de la obra, identificando posibles desviaciones y proponiendo medidas correctoras.

Requerimientos

  • Arquitectura Técnica, Ingeniería Civil, Ingeniería de Edificación, o formación técnica equivalente.
  • Experiencia mínima de 5 años como Jefe de Obra en proyectos de edificación residencial.
  • Experiencia en ejecución de promociones de viviendas de gran envergadura.
  • Experiencia en gestión y coordinación de equipos de trabajo, subcontratas e industriales.
  • Conocimientos de planificación y control económico de obra, presupuestos, certificaciones y seguimiento de costes.
  • Capacidad de organización, liderazgo y resolución de incidencias en obra.
