The posting

Grupo Téciman lleva 30 años transmitiendo satisfacción en el desarrollo de Proyectos de Servicios de Ingeniería y Metrología 3D. La manera de ser del equipo de Téciman, se ve reflejado en los trabajos que estamos ejecutando para nuestros clientes en múltiples sectores industriales.

Para los nuevos proyectos precisamos un TÉCNICO SGI OBRA EDIFICACION en Madrid.

Responsabilidades:

  • Elaboración, implementación y seguimiento del Plan de Seguridad y Salud.
  • Identificación y evaluación de riesgos en obra.
  • Control del uso de EPIs y cumplimiento de medidas preventivas
  • Realización de inspecciones periódicas en obra.
  • Investigación y reporte de incidentes y accidentes
  • Coordinación con el Coordinador de Seguridad y Salud.
  • Supervisión del cumplimiento del Plan de Calidad de la obra
  • Control de recepción de materiales y verificación de certificados.
  • Seguimiento de ensayos y pruebas de control de calidad.
  • Detección y gestión de no conformidades.
  • Verificación de la correcta ejecución conforme a planos y especificaciones.
  • Gestión de residuos de obra conforme a normativa vigente
  • Control de impactos ambientales (ruido, polvo, vertidos).
  • Implementación de buenas prácticas ambientales en obra.
  • Seguimiento del cumplimiento legal ambiental.
  • Elaboración y mantenimiento de documentación técnica.
  • Registro de controles, inspecciones y auditorías.
  • Preparación de informes periódicos.
  • Organización y archivo de documentación SGI.

Requerimientos:

  • Máster PRL
  • Experiencia previa en obra de edificación
  • Experiencia en el sector construcción demostrable
  • Curso PRL Oficial 60 horas
